Since
graduation in 1950, I have married Anne
Shive, began working in the field of
Interior Design and then did a tour in the
US Army in Japan. Upon completing this
military obligation, I returned to Idaho
Falls and joined a local home furnishings
store where I work happily for the next 40
years.
I then
managed a series of high end design stores,
finally reaching full retirement just a few
years ago.
Along
the way, Anne and I have been the parents of
Carol and Jim. Now we have two
granddaughters and one great grandson.
We love spending time at the cabin near
Palisades. My ongoing love of aviation
has had to be expressed by building and
flying scale model aircraft. (Better at this
than at golf.) I am also a fan of the
Utah Jazz.
I am
really delighted to be able to join the
Class of 1950 in celebrating this important
milestone. We will have more ahead, so
let's get to it! Wonderful to see
everyone again!
